There is something about cold days and soup that make me feel so warm and fuzzy. I have to admit that I am a soup lover. A lot of times when I eat, I feel I am one soup away from that perfect meal experience. There are quite a few soups that I like so, in this post, I’ll share with you one of my staple soups: Tomato Egg Drop Soup.

The ingredients are simple and super easy to find no matter where you are. It is quick to make, and it will give you that heart-warming feeling in the cold seasons. It goes very well with our Xianbing 馅饼 (Chinese Pork Pie) as well as our Beef Pie (牛肉饼) recipe. Try them together and you won’t be disappointed!
